{Great Spaces} Florence of Bohemia

Good Day dolls! I hope the week has started well! I love Florence from Florence & The Machine, I think she has super style! All the vintage she wears and looks she presents, there is always something I wish to swipe from her ;) Now, I'd like to swipe from her home...it's marvellous. Full of life and little treasures, not for everyone, but definitely for me!! From the bright colours to the wonderful tapestries, everything is perfect! I hope you enjoy & wish you a great day!

{IDécor Inspiration} Flowery Spaces

...I admit, I'm a bit mad for florals...and I love florals in interiors! Whether it's bold floral wallpapers, cushions, tea towels or simply just vases of flowers - I love it all!  I don't think you have to have florals all over your wall for it to be effective, you can have it in hidden spaces like the cupboard, on the furniture, or in a suitcase like the pictures below. There are endless possibilities...so if you like it bright & bold, soft & delicate or a sweet surprise...try some florals in your spaces...then it will always feel like spring....no matter what it might be outside...have a flowery day!

{Daydreamin'} Beautiful weekend

Happy Friday beauties!! I hope the week was kind to you...since yesterday was the day of love...I decided to continue on with dreamy things in the tones of pink. Not only does this colour make me think of love, but also of relaxing...taking a seat back and putting my feet up and just taking it easy. That's what Spring says to me, a time to relax and enjoy nature, new awakenings. Like tender shades of pinks and shimmery golds. The soft scent of your favourite floral perfume gently blowing in the wind to catch the senses of those who walk by.  Reading books in a bubble bath before you get ready to go out for dinner. All wonderful things that make life happy and exciting. We mustn't forget them. But, take more time out to indulge in them and cherish them. Have a wonderful weekend dolls!

{Saturday Night at the Movies} Blythe Spirit

Happy Saturday dolls!! I hope you have a great weekend! Here we are again with a movie to enjoy. This one I happened to watch without knowing what it was. It just came on the tv one Saturday afternoon and I had never heard of it, I actually missed the beginning, but watched it any ways and enjoyed it completely. It has that old charm to it that makes you smile. The way they perceived the look of a ghost is quite comical with the technicolour green make-up and clothes. The characters will remind you of someone you know or have met at one point in life. I ended up finding it at the store really cheap and bought it to see it from the start & wasn't disappointed. I'm sure you won't be either. Enjoy & have a darling weekend!

Seeking material for his fictional exposé of a criminal psychic, novelist Charles Condomine (Harrison) invites eccentric medium Madame Arcati (Rutherford) to his home in Lympne, Kent, to conduct a séance. As Charles, his wife of five years, Ruth (Cummings), and their guests the Bradmans restrain their laughter, Madame Arcati performs peculiar rituals and speaks with a propensity for clichés. Upon its conclusion, Arcati obviously is concerned about an unexpected turn the session has taken, although the author and his guests are dubious anything extraordinary occurred.
Unknown to everyone, Madame Arcati has accidentally summoned the spirit of Charles' first wife Elvira (Hammond) during the séance, whose voice Charles can now hear, and Arcati faints during her trance. After Madame Arcati and the Bradmans have left, and Ruth has retired for the night, Elvira takes visual form. Charles, who is the only person capable of seeing Elvira, becomes both dismayed and amused by her sudden and unexpected presence. Complications ensue when Ruth becomes aware of the presence of the ghost; Elvira behaves as a poltergeist.

Adapted from a play by Noel Coward, things just get out of hand, leading up to some really comical scenes and a really surprising ending that I won't give away!! I really hope you enjoy a good classic such as this!
